Shipping and delivery

Every board is made to order, so delivery starts once your board is finished.

Lead time

The current build lead time is 15 to 31 days, depending on blank availability. Your board ships or is ready to collect once it is finished and cured.

Collection

You are welcome to collect your board from the workshop in Arelho, by the Óbidos lagoon, by appointment. Collection is free, and it is a good chance to meet Luis and talk through the board.

Shipping

• Portugal and the EU: boards are sent boxed and protected by a surfboard friendly courier. Because a surfboard is large and light, freight is quoted per board and per destination rather than a flat rate. We will confirm the shipping cost with you before dispatch.
• Outside the EU: please contact us for a quote before ordering. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Packaging

Boards are wrapped and boxed to travel safely. We reuse and choose packaging to protect the board first.

Damage in transit

Please check your board on arrival. If there is any transit damage, tell us within 48 hours with photographs so we can sort it with the courier and with you.
